Submission

INACADE 2021 accept works in the form of:
Flat image (Graphic design, illustration, photography, sculpture, furniture, 3d, etc):
Artworks should be designed vertically, A3 size, 72 dpi and 300 dpi, RGB, sent in JPG/PDF format.
Inappropriate artworks will be eliminated without being evaluated.

Video/ animation/ motion graphic: in MP4 (H.264/ H.265) video format with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (Full HD), Audio: 48000 Hz, duration within 5 minutes max. Submit your video link only.
Inappropriate artworks will be eliminated without being evaluated.

3D object works (sculpture, furniture, etc) can be sent either in one of both formats.

Work File Naming and Format:
a. File naming for single works:
Artist Name_Artworks Name_72dpi
Artist Name_Artworks Name_300dpi

b. File naming for more than one or serial works:
Artist Name_Artworks Name_01_72dpi
Artist Name_Artworks Name_02_72dpi
Artist Name_Artworks Name_01_300dpi
Artist Name_Artworks Name_02_300dpi

Each work is accompanied by a description / concept of the work equivalent to 200 words and is written in English.

Submission as a team : Lead artist/designer must be filled in submission form, and all member are listed in artworks description column.

The artist hereby grants the nonroyalty bearing transferable right to Inacade 2021 to use works indefinitely for global publication and unrestricted release. The artist hereby accepts this grant of rights. The rights granted under this agreement include the rights to exclusive use and to exploit the works, including without limitation, the right to copy the works for the purpose of representation in the context of exhibitions in public spaces as well as in galleries, museums and the right to make the works publicly accessible. Insofar as the artist’s work under this agreement gives rise to neighboring rights or other rights, the provisions under this agreement shall apply accordingly to those rights. The artist also acknowledges expressly that the publication, copying and distribution of the works from will be made in high qualities and might have a material public effect.
