SPACE OF SPICE

Nowadays, human activities are very limited due to the nature of the corona virus, which is very easy to spread, even mutate. People must always maintain personal hygiene and increase immunity in the body so they are less likely to be exposed to the virus.
Currently spices occupy the main space for the lives of Indonesian people. With the compounds in it, spices can maintain and even increase the body’s immunity. Spices that are small and easy to grow in tropical climates, have been trusted by Indonesian people for thousands of years, as plants that are beneficial for wellness. Spices are generally consumed as healthy drink, also at cooking for a delicious taste. It brings happiness. This sensation effect contributes significantly in creasing the immunity. Hence, currently spices have an important position, especially during pandemic. Unfortunately, spices are still underestimated by some Indonesian people.
In this poster, designer features spices as main theme that are represented by turmeric, cloves, cinnamon and butterfly pea flowers, as Indonesia’s biodiversity. Visual mood are quiet, calm, also happy because good mental health can avoid the virus attack. There is a mystery nuance in it as the condition of the virus continues to mutate, and no body knows when the pandemic will end. Spices in colorfull wireframes to present that spices contain essential elements that build body’s immune systems, bring happiness and are important commodity for humans in the future.
