Interior Design Project II Retail : Salemba Bookstore In this D.I Retail project, I took the concept of "Rainforest Of The Book" by using elements from tropical forests. the inspiration for taking this theme is that actually i thought of the product from the store, which is they sell many books, where we know that books are made of paper, and they are made of wood. From here was my inspiration to take the theme "Rainforest of the Book" and it is hoped that visitors who come can feel as if they are in an old building containing books in the middle of a tropical forest, therefore the shapes and colors of the The design that is brought to the interior and furniture must show nature itself. In this store, I also add design shapes that are inspired by nature itself, such as rivers, logs, rocky hills, highlands and others. In addition, this bookstore uses an 'industrial style' so I can take advantage of the open space and ceiling to incorporate this rainforest concept into the store to add to the impression that this shop is very spacious and can be worth exploring every corner of it. The use of color in this shop uses the majority of brown with different levels of gradation, gray and green to represent the rocks and plants.
